The eFieldNotes app does not collect or handle your personal data. If you choose to contact us for any reason including, but not limited to, providing app reviews or feedback, then we will have your e-mail address, name, and communication content. We will only use this information for addressing the nature of your communication and for improving the user experience of the eFieldNotes app. We will not share or sell your personal data collected as the result of you contacting us. We may maintain this data without limitation in time unless you contact us and request that we no longer maintain your data.

User Content

The eFieldNotes app stores user content, including text and pictures, on your device. We do not have access to any of your user content, nor do we maintain any servers (including third-party servers) to store your user content. Therefore; we cannot and will not access, save, store, share, or sell any of your user content.

We may now or in the future use analytics information to help better understand how customers use the eFieldNotes app in order to continue improving the user experience. This data includes generic usage, transaction, and other statistics that do not personally identify you in any way.
